ID numbers must be correct, an incorrect ID number will not be corrected at the claim stage. The company will not pay out the claim if ID numbers are incorrect. Claims will be paid within 48 hours (claims@mujh.co.za)
Persons covered are not required to share the same surname as the main member. One person/ID number cannot be covered by more than two people
The waiting period is 6 months and admin fee of R150.00 is payable once off.
Waiting period is 6 months for 10 – 84 years, clients above 84 have a waiting period of 9 months
Monthly premiums will only be deposited into a business bank account by means of cash deposit, electronic transfer or stop order, debit order and easy pay. Name of Account: MU JOBE HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD, Standard Bank Acc No: 280561857, Code 050208 Ref No: Principal Member’s ID Number.
Policy documents with more information will be sent within two weeks after taking the policy.
Should you miss or skip two consecutive premiums, the policy will lapse and not be refunded
Unnatural deaths (accidents) have no waiting period and no double payment applies
Suicide waiting period is 2 years
